Homelite and Ryobi appear to be made by the same manufacturer. Home Depot now carries a "Fuel System Tune-Up Kit, AC04122," that includes 2 replacement fuel lines and a replacement Primer Bulb for 25cc, 30cc, and 26cc 2-cycle engines. Cost is $7 +.

Should ther be air in primer bulb after blower is running

An air bubble may stay inside the primer bulb after starting the motor. But if you see foaming or churning fuel coming into the bulb you may have an air leak in your fuel line. This usually occurs inside the gas tank because the line becomes hardened from alcohol exposure and then the fuel clunk moving the line around causes a split near where the line passes through the tank body. Believe me....the break will get worse and one day you wont be able to keep the motor running. So now would be a good time to size up the fuel line and pick up replacements. You can swap the lines yourself with a little effort and you will save money too. Bonus!

Be safe and good luck!

Homelite ut-08068-r leaf blower leaking fuel

If we are talking about a hand held leaf blower. The fuel leaking from the carb is likely caused by a stiff metering diaghram holding the needle open. Rebuild your carb ( I suggest also replacing the fuel lines and primer bulb while you are at it) and double check the lever adjustment.

Pump bulb on craftsman weed blower and no gas pumps into the bulb

If you slacken the screws fuel will leak as you have broken the seal between the carb body and the primer bulb so this is quite normal, behind the bulb is a plate with a red non return valve, if this valve is faulty it will not pump fuel, or if the filter in the tank is part blocked it will not pump fuel

Gas blower craftsman leaf older modle

check the fuek lines for hole and leaks, check the fuel filter and clean if necessary. remove the carbuerator and inspect the gasket; it should be soft and flexible, if it seems hard or brittle replace it. clean the carb with carb cleaner sray (available at any local auto parts store) and compressed air. make sure you get inside the small fuel rail holes. check the primer bulb for pin holes and seating/sealed properly. if that doesn't work have the carb repaired at a service center or replaced.
