If you go to the included website and go to the bottom and fill out the form, they should be able to tell you how old. Several manufacturers recycle their model and serial numbers, so you might have a range of dates to choose from. You will need your model and serial number to get the info.

The age of the appliance is determined by the SERIAL NUMBER. Kenmore, which is manufactured by Whirlpool uses the format described in the following link:

The 2nd DIGIT in the serial number determines the YEAR it was manufactured. The next two NUMBERS after that digit represent the WEEK (52 weeks in a year) it was manufactured.

Only from the manufacturer you can find. If you can note the Model No Sr. No of the machine, it is possible. If it is a discontinued model, it may not be possible.

The model number determines the manufacturer. Your washer is made by Whirlpool. I need the SERIAL number to determine the age, however.
