Sound, but no Picture

I'm in the middle of playing a game, when all of a sudden, the screen goes completely green, red, or sometimes blank. I can still hear the game no problem with sound, just the picture. How can I fix this problem?

Can it also be caused by overheating?

TV picture goes out after 10 minutes of viewing with popping sound

It can be a couple things. Something bad on the power board. Or the vertical output circuit. How long ago did you purchase the television. Your best course of action is to have it serviced.
If you need any information or other assistance let me know.
Thanks,

Xbox 360 plays for a few minutes and then the screen goes black with no sound or picture.

your graphics processor IC chip needs its solder joints reflowing, and the heatsink re securing.

This will solve the problem.
