Where do I find a user manual for a Timex Expedition (H2Y518)? I had Timex install a new battery and although the date 3-17 is correct, the day of the week is SUN. I have tried changing the date for over...

You are very observant! Timex watches don't have a way to adjust the day.
However, if you turn the hands clockwise you will see the day advance.
So, heres the secret, follow exactly:
1. Turn the hands until the day of the week shows the day before. If today is Wednesday then turn the hands until the watch shows Tuesday
2 Adjust the date to the day before. If today is the 17th then adjust it to the 16th
3. Now pull the crown all the out and and advance the hands until the date changes to the correct date, 17 in this example. This happens at midnight. Continue the movement in a clockwise direction for a few more hours and you should see the day change to the correct day.
4. Now continue to move in a clockwise direction until you have the current time. Remember that your date/day changed at midnight so if the current time is after lunch(noon) you must continue past noon to get to the correct time. If you don't do this correctly your date will change every day at noon instead of midnight.
If you don't succeed the first time, try, try again! Good luck, Michael, Watchmaker to the Stars!

I am getting a 1005 2082 error on my HDS 9985 (NCS-55) when I try to delete a LUN assignment. Can you help?

1. RDP (mstsc ->IP address) to SVP of this storage (you can also connect via serial cable to storage)
2. Make sure SVP is in modify mode
3. Go to Install -> Change Configuration -> LUN Confirguration
4. Go to particular port on which your Host Group is reside.
5. Check LUN status: If it's other than "Normal" then you have to generate password to unreserve LUN. (password you will get from HDS support.
6. Once you have password right click LUN & do force reset. Enter Password & it's Done :) LUN status will come back to Normal & you will be able to release the LU path.

I have a Philip Persio watch which has Day/Date display. In the Day display window it shows "LUN"...what is that??

LUN is short for "Lunes", spanisth for Monday. You will probably have MAR for Tuesday, MIE for Wednesday, JUE for Thursday, etc...

I HAVE SWISS WENGER MOUNTAINEER WOMENS WATCH. WHEN I TRY TO CHANGE THE DAYS OF THE WEEK.IT SAYS MER LUN DIM WHAT DOES THAT MEAN.THANKS

Some watches are designed to be international and thus have alternative names for the days of the week.

I think "mer, lun, dim" are Mon, Tues, Wed". It should be possible to re-set your watch to give the English version.

If you do not have a manual, you can get one from their web site "www.wengerna.com/mountaineer-titanium-72619" as a PDF file.

Tape drive is not showing up on scsi chain

The SCSI terminator may be disconnected.
If no physical terminiator, then one of the devices has the terminiation set.

Also, check the LUN (logical Unit Number) make sure each SCSI device has a unique LUN. The LUN can be set on the back via the "push button"...

Setting Date. Seiko SGF204 (w/ 7N43 Band) French & English Days.

If you pull out the stem 1/2 way, you set the date one direction, and the day the other. If you pull it out all the way, it moves the hands and sets the time.
