How do I set the time on a Concord Saratoga watch?

The only way to find out that information would be to look in the printed material that came with the watch, or contact Concord directly and maybe they can tell you.
The easiest way is to have the watch opened and look at the old battery. I would suggest you take it to a watchmaker, batteries are not expensive and you would be better off letting them do it. Sometimes watches are hard to open, or need to be sealed correctly with a machine.

I would suggest you take it in to have it checked since it sat for long time.

If you look at their web site under "service", the lower line in blue says "for all other models, use the service locator below".

When you use it, the service locator tells you to contact the NJ address.

The implication is that they will service other models.

(Possibly not the clearest site I have ever seen).

Go to watchbands.com, enter your model number and bracelet size and problem solved!

Select "service"

Select "download a PDF....." and select the watch that is similar to the one you bought.

Concord is part of the Movado group. They do not sell replacement parts to just anyone. So if you want an original band you will need to take it to an Authorized Movado/Concord retailer. Or if you wanted to save some money you can take it to a watch repair business that sells and replaces watch bands. Speidel makes some really nice watch bands.
