Message Bank When callers ring my mobile they receive music instead of the phone ringing and going onto Message Bank. Callers are hanging up when they hear the music. How do I change my phone to ring.

You will have to deactivate the 2 way calling on your phone line check with telecom providers.

In most cases, the ring tone callers hear (incoming ring tone) is controlled by your cellular service provider.

Try this first: (On the Internet) Sign-in to your cellular account. On your account page, look for a link that directs you to your incoming ring tones (or similar). There, you can change your incoming ring tone.

If you're unable to do that, contact your cellular provider's Customer Support. They can assist you in changing your incoming ring tone.

Hi, You will need to replace the earpiece and the mouthpiece.

The earpiece makes you to hear callers when they call, and the mouthpiece allows the callers to hear you when you call.

When you replace the mouthpiece and earpiece,the phone will be normal again.

I have a Nokia XpressMusic 5130c2 phone. When someone calls me there is music that they are hearing instead of a ringer tone. How can I remove this & just for my incoming callers to get a normal ringer tone? Thanks

Hello! There is no control, with this phone, to alter the number of rings to answer. Eight rings is normal for this phone...

Dear If want to listen music instead of ring call, go to file manager and select the song,go to options and use file as ringing tune.Thanks

you have dropped it at sometime and dislodged your speaker ( possibly broken it ) you will be able to hear your callers on loud speaker as it has separate speaker. (mainly to listen to your music) hope this helps. mike
