When i plug it in an turn t.v on everything is good but the sreen keeps flashing non-stop

If the problem is same with different input devices and you have ensured there are no loose contacts in power outlet, RC jack, cable and sockets, the TV needs servicing.

The only thing you can do is to check the power cords, unplug them and then plug them back firmly.

If the problem prevails, the only option left is to contact some electritian :-(
