We just bought a QPet Automatic pet feeder from Amazon; however I cannot figure out how to program it. The manual seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know how to program this brand of dog feeder?

Unlikely it is worth repairing if it is out of the one year warranty, as the replacement parts (if available) could be close to the replacement cost.
