You need to get a graphics card that has dual video outputs that connects to separate monitors.
Getting a second graphics card won't work because they cannot work together.

This is the manual for your system yours being the DT(desk top).:
http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/desktop-optiplex-360-technical-guidebook-en.pdf
Apparently you would have on board graphics through the Intel chipset,
http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/desktop-optiplex-360-technical-guidebook-en.pdf
This is Intel's link for download:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+controllers&ProductProduct=Intel%c2%ae+G31+Express+Chipset&ProdId=2877&LineId=1100&FamilyId=39
The only way to tell if you have a graphics card installed, hopefully without opening the case, would be to go to you "device manager" and click on the box next to "display adaptors" and see if a graphics card shows up.
Anyway, your on board graphics should certainly work for low end games such as, spades, hearts, etc., so first update your driver. You may require Adobe's Flash Player and an up to date version of Java also. You can get Flash Player here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If you already have Flash Player, you may want to uninstall, then install this newer version.
You can get Java here:
http://www.java.com/en/
If you already have Java, make sure it's updated or, uninstall and re-install this newer version.
If you determine that you have a graphics card installed, I can help you with that also. If you wanted to upgrade to a graphics card, you would have to go with a low profile card because of your case, if you have the desktop, meaning, it lays on it's side and is not very tall. Let me know if I can help you further.
