Scanner problem i have a uniden bearcat scanner it is a 20 channel 10 band some of the channels are locked out and i dont no how to get them unlocked and i dont no how to set the channels can you help me thank you

Here is the link for your scanner manual. In it you will find everything you need to change the lock out and also to inpout channels and what not

Turn off power, hold down the 2, 9 & L/O buttons while turning the power back on.
