You need factory service unless you can disassemble it yourself to clean it. Start with the piercing unit.

Keurig b60 won't dispense water

Your b60 may need to be descaled. There might be scale built up on the water level probes in you machine. I have listed the directions below:

Brewer De-Scaling Instructions
Brewer Model: Elite B40 ' Classic B44
Special Edition B60 ' Platinum B70
To begin, you will need the following:
• 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar
• Large ceramic mug (do not use a paper cup)
• Access to an empty sink
PREPARE
Step 1:
Empty the water in the Water Reservoir.
Step 2:
Disable "Auto Off features."
FILL AND CLEAN
Step 1:
Pour approximately 48 ounces of the vinegar
into the Water Reservoir.
Step 2:
Place a large mug on the Drip Tray Plate and run a brew cycle.

DO NOT USE A K-CUP
, just press the BREW Button. Pour the contents of

the large mug into the sink.
Step 3:
Repeat the brew process without a K-Cup until"ADD WATER"

is indicated.
Step 4:
Now let the Brewer stand for at least 4 hours while still on.

Step 5:
Discard any residual vinegar and rinse the
Water Reservoir thoroughly.
RINSE

Red light won't stop flashing. Parts are in place

Be sure all coffee grounds are cleaned from beneath the water tray and the grounds tray and the coffee brew group. We had the same problem but finally redid everything, including cleaning the coffee brew group under hot water, drying and replacing carefully until it clicked in place. The moving parts of brew group have to be in exactly the right place. Good luck!

Delonghi magnifica door won't stay shut

Could be the brew unit pushing the door open because there’s a coffee build up in the spring loaded chute that directs coffee from the brew unit to the outlet. Result is that the chute is jammed.

Needs cleaning. Might need disassembly. Be prepared to throw up. Mine was moldy.

I have had my Kuerig coffee maker for over a year now which I believe means it's no longer under warranty. However, I paid quite a lot for it so I'd really like to see if I can have it repaired...

unfortunatly keurig treats any home model as throwaway once warrenty is up. They even do the same with mostcommercial models. By the sounds of your problems its time for a new one. sorry. try for a b145 or b150 they are a little more robust.

Error message: 'brewunit is blocked' and i cannot get the brewunit out of the machine to look at it. it is stuck pretty hard. dont want to break it...any suggestions?

Hi
Your showing a Syncrony but this is for a Syncrony Compact. They are different.
Open the door. Remove the drip tray, dredge drawer. On the left side and towards the back of the brew group, there is a single screw in the brew group. If you can't get the dredge drawer out, just move it as far to the left as you can to get to the screw. Remove the screw. Grab the handle, squeeze and pull carefully, but firmly fast. Everything will come out (drip tray, dredge drawer, brew group and there might be water in the drip tray). The brew group should come out. There is a piece that remains in the machine. Slide the piece down and to the right and it will come off. Insert the piece into the hole on the backside of the brew group with the clip up. Tighten the screw and move brew group back into position.
To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this, look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. Now you can push the puck slide on the left side down and then to the center of the brew group. If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not just push the slide to the right until it does. Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group into the machine. First you must insert the dredge drawer back into the machine. Close the door and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, pull out the dredge drawer, drip tray, then open the door and insert the brew group. Slide the drip tray, dredge drawer back in, close the door and test.

Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First you must close the door with the drip tray and dredge drawer inserted and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and remove the tray, and dredge drawer, now replace the tray and insert the brew group. If it still won't go in check the cog in the back of the machine. There are 2 wide teeth that should be at the 10:00 and 12:00 position. If they are at a different position you have a broken drive gear.
