Good day sir, my guess is that your adapter is the culprit, if you have access to another charger please use it, if you may have the time, try to visit your dealer, and they be wiling to test your adapter. Other causes may be the charger DC port, or the battery, but let us stick first to the common adapter problem, hope this helps.

The red light blinks during charging...when its solid or "off " it indicates a full charge.

The company that made DVD players for Walmart went out of business back in November of 2007. Since they can't support them, Walmart has been exchanging them.

Simply hook the battery up to the player, plug in the adapter (house AC outlet, car adapter will not recharge batter), and turn the unit off.

The charging light should come on and when it goes out it's fully charged.

if it isnt more than 1 year old wal mart will exchange it. if they wont the connection in the unit might have come loose from the board if so you can have it soldered back onto the board. or you might have to replace the the plug in in the unit.
