Mostly clips, screws hold the handle on and bezel around it has clips that can carefully be pried off.. A door panel tool should be used to enage and pry panel clips off
its in the HVAC heater core box,

Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove first row seat.
Remove second row seat.
Remove sliding door sill trim panel.
Remove quarter trim bolster.
Remove D-pillar trim panel.
Remove first row seat belt anchor.
Remove second row seat belt anchor.
Remove screws attaching quarter trim to quarter panel from bolster area.
Remove screws attaching rear edge of quarter trim to attaching bracket.
Disengage hidden clips attaching front of quarter trim to quarter panel rearward of sliding door opening and at locators.
Remove quarter trim from quarter panel.
Disconnect speaker wire connector on LWB quarter trim panel with rear air conditioning.
Pass second row seat belt through slot in trim panel on long wheel base vehicle.
Pass first row seat belt through slot in trim panel.
Remove quarter trim panel from vehicle.
Remove the two screws that secure the top of the quarter trim panel attaching bracket to the quarter inner panel.
Remove the screw that secures the back of the rear heater-A/C unit housing to the right D-pillar.
Remove the screw that secures the front of the rear heater-A/C unit housing to the right quarter inner panel.
Carefully pull the top of the rear heater-A/C unit housing away from the right quarter inner panel far enough to reach between the rear heater-A/C unit housing and the quarter inner panel to access the blend door actuator.
Remove the two screws that secure the blend door actuator to the rear heater-A/C unit housing.
Pull the blend door actuator away from the rear heater-A/C unit housing far enough to disengage the actuator output shaft from the blend air door pivot.
Raise the blend door actuator far enough to access and disconnect the rear HVAC wire harness connector for the actuator from the actuator connector receptacle.
Remove the blend door actuator from between the rear heater-A/C unit housing and the quarter inner panel.
if the window is off track the regulator is probably bad. to remove the door panel should be a couple of screws by the inside pull handle and possibly one by the door handle itself also check the bottom of the door for any then just pull it off and lift up to clear latches and remove plastic film to get to inside of the door
Below are the removal procedures for your vehicle's front inner door panel.
On models without power windows, remove the snap ring retaining window crank handle. Remove crank handle and cover plate. Remove lower door frame bracket garnish. Using a screwdriver, remove inside door handle bezel. Remove power mirror control switch and disconnect harness connector. Remove armrest panel. Remove 6 screws. Pry interior door panel loose from door.
You did not mention whether it was a front or rear door? I assume its a front because u stated no screws.
Here are instructions for front door:
Remove the plastic trim from behind mirror(just snaps on).
Remove the window switch panel(just snaps on).
Remove the screw behind the mirror cover.
Remove the screw behind the window switch panel.
Remove the courtesy lamp lens.
Remove the screw in the courtesy lamp housing.
Remove the inside door handle trim cover.
Remove the inside door handle bolt.
Lift upward and then outward to remove the front door trim panel
These are bad about those Cable operated window devices .. If it is bad get on ebay and get one ordered its your best bet.. Just take a flat screwdriver and go around the bottom of the door panel and pop it loose and up the sides .. there might be a hidden screw or two in the middle around the handles.. good luck ..
Remove the door window regulator handle and then remove clip using a piece of cloth (Manual type only)
Remove the rear door inside handle housing.
Remove the mounting screws (3EA) from the trim fasteners and the door trim panel to pry off. Disconnect the connector.
Insert a trim panel remover between the trim fasteners and the door trim panel to pry off. Disconnect the connector.
Remove the door pull handle mounting bracket and door inside handle.
