When change a hdd , then start showing a number like error 19990305. the OS doen't work only runs the 1rs part and turn off
If your bios is loading up completely then you need to reinstall the OS with a disk. If the bios is not loading up all the way you need to go into your bios and reset it to the defaults. If you can't access the bios you need a new motherboard and unfortunately with laptops it is cheaper to but a new laptop than a replacement motherboard. You can rip out the HDD though and put it into an external enclosure to get all your old files. then once you have all your old files off of it you can format the old HDD and you have an external HDD for future back up :)

Your problem sounds like the system isn't finding the hard disk

The numeric lock function is on. To disable it, press and hold Shift; then press NumLk.

Replace the backup battery and run BIOS Setup Utility to reset the time and date. This will resolve the issue.

Usually this means a hardware failure. I would suggest reseating the CMOS battery overnight to reset the system. Also you might want to replace it as well. It could also be more serious such as a motherboard component failure.
Also IBM error code # 189 according to Scott Mueller's Upgrading and Repairing PC's (8th edition) - "Excessive incorrect password attempts." Is there a password on your CMOS ?
Also try hitting ESC key on boot to bypass. Good luck!
