Duct tape flexible tube or short piece of plastic pipe onto the shop vac hose and put down into the drain.

If you take the bottom panel off the DW, there is a white plastic tube that is sticking out, but attached to the motor. Turn the tube counter clockwise ( Please be sure to have wet vac ready as this tube will let water out, even if you think you have all water out, still have wet vac and towels ready) Pieces of things get stuck in that tube and make it hard to drain.. replace tube to motor after cleaning and test unit

first try removing bottom spray arm and run sometimes you can blow the obstruction out if not switch of power lean or lay the machine in in a position where you can access the wash motor remove carefully noting what you have done for re installation remove glass and re fit test for leaks hope this helps

Hi, well usually when a DW will not drain, it has something to do with, the Pump, the outlet hose, or the internal pipes being blocked, or all of them..
What you need to do, is check for anything blocking the outlet or pump etc. To do this one must obtain a service manual, for the exact make and model. In these manuals are step by step instructions on how to troubleshoot and remedy common problems.
