Cannot unlock oven frigidaire electrolux gallery series

From my understanding your hit the clean button on your Frigidaire wall oven and now the door will not open. I would hold down the cancel button for at least ten seconds, this should unlock the door. If that does not help I would recommend disconnecting power from your wall oven by flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. I hope this information was helpful to some degree. -Matt

You can perform a reset on your appliance which can be done by disconnecting power from your appliance for roughly ten minutes. If your control panel has a cancel button hold that down and that should release the door. Let's try reprogramming your wall oven by either unplugging it or flipping the circuit breaker off. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your wall oven on. Select an option and confirmed that the door is securely latch. If the issue persists, then the temperature may have tripped the internal sensor of your wall oven and needs to be reset. This usually has to be done by a professional since the back panel needs to be taken off and the power reset inside. Also, your wall oven may possibly have a communication problem with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). Personally, I would recommend contacting a professional for a further evaluation.

What is the model number? Reset the unit by unplugging or turning the circuit breaker off and then retrying.

If tripping and turning the circuit breaker off for about 10 minutes does not work, contact Frigidaire. Sounds like the control board and/or door switch will need replacing.

Whithout knowing the model number in general it takes several hours for the cleaning cycle. My oven takes approx. 4 hours to complete a good cleaning. On my own oven, you can set the timer for as long as you want. Do you have an owners manual? If not, you can find one here...........
