Bluetooth wont sync with my bluetooth enabled phone

Enable bluetooth from the settings menu or bluetooth icon on your iphone. Set it to discovery mode (probably a menu choice. Should say searching on the screen once you've got it). Hold down the button that lights up on your earpiece for about 5 seconds or until it stays lit. I am not an iphone owner (yet) but that is the general way for all models. If you are prompted for a code try 0000. Hope this helps. Have a great day.

Unfortunately....YOU CANT send anything by way of Bluetooth. I love this phone & this is the one thing i HATE. Used to do it all time on my old phone,I even called Tmobile Tech support. They said No go..Thats the only flaw in this phone. They said it will recognize the devices which mine did also. The only thing it can do is bluetooth earpieces..But Sending/Sharing with Bluetooth----NO Can Do..Call tech support if ya like they will tell you same thing. I was soooo dissappointed. I used to share files & such with my friends like that.

I have the H715 but my iPhone only showed the H721 instead of the H715. I selected the H721, entered the passcode and connected. Called my home phone with the earpiece in and it works.

I have the Motorola H371 the Passcode is 0000

Make sure that your IPhone is not currently attempting to discover bluetooth devices (i.e. Bluetooth is OFF). Hold the On button on your earpiece (it has the symbol of a phone on it) for 6-10 seconds. The light on the earpiece remains lit. Now your earpiece is in discovery mode. On your IPhone, go to Settings, General, Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth ON. Now your phone and your earpiece are both in discovery mode. When you see "Headset" listed, select it and enter the password "0000". Your IPhone is now paired with your H500 headset.

The headset will automatically pair with the last device that it was paired with. You may want to remove that just in case. I am sending the users guide along with this. Also always start with the blue tooth turned off, the pass key is 0000 (four zeros).

Do you have the Jabra bluetooth part that goes into your computer? You have to go to your phone settings under bluetooth and make it sync up. Your phone will sync, not your headset. You are trying to sync the wrong thing.

i have a blue tooth motorola h350 and it just quit working it's under a year old can you get me the 800 number so i can get it replaced

The PIN is 0000 (four zeros). I own one of these devices and you will need to enter four zeros when prompted. Make sure you have the Bluetooth function enabled on your phone, then turn your wireless headset on. Select "Add New Device" from your cell phone Bluetooth menu and it should work. You have to sync it with other device. Open the bluetooth settings on your phone and enabling (turn on) it. The universal code is 4 zero's (0000) to sync. Make sure the other device the bluetooth is turned on too. Good luck
