I need one too but can't find one anywhere either. I think I may try using some foam cut to fit.

the manual may not be available on the canadian site. but do try bissell.com and see what you can find under the customer service tab.

The detergent will have to be poured directly into the water tank by using the measuring cup that is attached to the back side of this unit. I have a manual for you that you can print out as well.
