Phone book how do you get a capitial letter when entering name in phone book

There are several ways to enter a number into your Phone Book:

1. Call GreatCall Customer Service for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-733-6632.
2. Create an account at mygreatcall.com and modify your Phone Book online.
3. Manually enter a number into your phone.

To manually enter a number, it depends somewhat on what model phone you have - either the Jitterbug Original/One Touch or the Jitterbug J. In all cases, you will need to open the phone and access the Phone Book menu option. With an Original or One Touch, this can be done by pressing NO until you see PHONE BOOK listed at the top of the screen. With a J, you will press YES once the option for PHONE BOOK is highlighted in the center of the screen.

Press the up arrow and you will see the option EDIT PHONE BOOK. Press YES to select. Press YES again to select Add. Now you will be prompted to type in the name of the contact using the Triple-Tap method. Each number corresponds to 3 letters. When entering a name in the phone book, after a blank space the first letter is always a capital one. Subsequent ones are small letters.

Go to your phone book. Press options. goto and select setup. goto search method and change it from jump to find.
