Facebook doesnt allow two people with the same email address to create an account. Nor does Gmail allow users to make multiple accounts with same email id. It will always give a registration error. like


Username already in use.

When an email address is returned it always comes back with a bounce message attached that explains the problem or at the very least, gives you an error number. You should be able to discern the issue from the message in the returned email. If you can't discern the problem from that message, post it here and we will try to sort it out.

Check for a typo in the SMTP server address. You might also try smtp.googlemail.com instead (port 465 SSL). I've seen both used.

your pop3 settings should not need a number after them...you should contact your email provider for the settings....or if you use outlook, you can go to tools, account settings, and see the settings for your email there...
