We have the dual type and 1 phone keeps saying unavvaliable and dont ring

type 123456789 and **** the phone it will open

my mobile off when the ringtone rings?

i) when phone is ringing, you  have only two options either to 'answer' the phone or to 'reject' the phone, otherwise you dont have any option keeping ur phone in slient mode at that point of time(when phone is ringing).

ii) however you can keep ur in slient mode without going to your profiles by just selecting(# button) from number key pad(where u normally dial phone number......), you have to press hold # button to go into silent mode and press hold same button to come to ur general profile

iii) I'm using same CECT A8+(IPHONE), you can ask me any questions in future.............

Caller Picture:

i) go in the option Phone Book---> Add a New Entry----> To Phone(Not in To Sim)----> you will get all        option such as name, office no, personal no, caller picture, caller video..

 you will get these option only when you store the number or new entry in the phone memory rather than sim memory 

                                                            OR

ii) type the number you want store and click the option save and now save in the phone memory rather than the sim memory, you will all option such as name, office no, personal no, caller picture, caller video..
  


ring tone:

go to memory card or any other place where you ring tone files or song files are present try to highlight it(dont click it) and at the bottom you will 'option' click on it you will get a list of option in that you will have 'set at ring tone' clik on it and you'll be able to set your own ring tone....

if it is saying enter puk code and you do not know it,DO NOT enter any numbers or you will block your sim.Ring customer services on a pals phone,give your info and ask them for your puk code,they will give you a number which you then enter and then you can reset your password and your phone will work fine.Switch off your sim password if you dont want problem again

To change the ringing on a prostar 816 you first need to be at a display set (doesn't matter what the extension number is).
with the handset down enter #20 the screen should say MMC DISABLED
1) enter in 1 2 3 4 1 # (that enables programming)
2) enter in #62 the screen should say day ring assn
3) press the line you wish to program
4) press the buttons for the extensions that you wish to ring (the ones in the right next to the handset)
5) press # when finished with the line
6) repeat steps 2 through 5 for the remainder of the lines you wish to change
press #when finished. hope that helps

Not sure what you are asking. Are you saying your phone only rings twice before going to voicemail?

Here's what seemed to work for me.

Hit the button that says ringer. then hit the number 1
then hit the button marked program (it is also the
mute button). Some combination of those moves
helped me go from Ringer OFF to Ringer ON.
