Charger is not working, it happens when your charger plugs in switch board, charger's light blinks but phone doesn't charge. It means your data cable is not working or charger is damaged, for that you check once individually.

It looks like your charger has died. Check if it has been damaged. You can purchase another one from a nearby computer shop or from Samsung.

You need to check all of these: 1. External charger, 2. Battery, 3. Internal charger, 4. Software. First, check if the battery is fully charge (or more than 80% charged). Second, use a tested good working battery charger/ac adapter to test your ac adapter (go to local electronic stores and test your laptop with their ac adapters). Third (if your ac adapter and your battery are good), then check your Power Options (click Help and search "power option" if you don't know where it is). If the Power Options is ok, then your motherboard (internal charger) has a problem. You need to bring your laptop to trusted local laptop repair shop.

Diagonizing and analysing this problem, it's obvious that the orange light means battery low.
Have u ever tried charging the laptop with another charger/adapter?
If no try it because some adapters/chargers don't work with some laptops. Also be careful to use the recommended adapter, some can spoil the laptop's panel.

If working should turn on with adapter plugged in, maybe the internal jack is broken, move adapter plug around slightly and see if it moves at all, should not. Does any lights com on or do you hear the fan ?

There could e a problem with the battery. A fast check to determine whether you have a problem with the power adapter, power cord or the laptop's battery is to turn off the laptop, remove the battery, connect the power adapter, turn on the laptop & see if it works.
If the laptop works directly from the power adapter with the battery removed, then the power adapter is good. In this case we can suspect that the battery is defective & needs to be replaced.

Try also to reseat the main components of the notebook: the battery, the AC adapter, the memory modules, & the hard drive.
After that try switching it on & see if the problem was fixed.
