Check your users manual if your watch have two batteries. If yes, you need to replace digital part battery.
If your watch has only one battery, your digital screen or plate is defective. Bring it back to the retailer and ask to replace for the decently working watch.
But first of all try to fiddle with all pushbattons- sometimes it helps.

The hands have come off my fossil FS3087 wrist watch. I would like to know how to take off the glass in order to fix it myself. Thank you

mcdevito75 here, In most cases the glass (crystal) come off or out thru the back of the watch which means you"ll have to remove the quartz mechanism, and that means removeing the stem, thse quartz stems are very prone to breaking while being removed form the quatrz mechanism and the cost of a repair may be more expensive then a whole new watch, shop around get a price from a small watch repair shop on repair verses a new Fossil watch.

How do i replace the strap with the new one

You can usually but a watch strap from you local shop and they will fit it for you.

If you particularly want a Fossil strap, then you can get one fro them by going to their web site "fossil.com", select "watches", then "men" or "women" and scroll down the page and near the bottom you will find a number of alternative straps that you can buy from them.

You can have it fitted by a local watch shop if you do not wish to fit it yourself.

Fossil Big Tic Watch - setting the correct time on the digital display

The watch is scrolling through the seconds, and is not something that needs to be set. If there is a bottom it is only there to change the way the seconds are scrolling? There are many different types of these, but most are just standard seconds.
