I have the same problem. No video just audio.
No on screen display visible either (volume, channel labels) nothing.
Samsung tried to repair this under warranty TWICE within 2 months. Second time they replaced circuit board and it worked for another 8 months. So I paid $1.500 for a TV that died again after 1,5 year - this is ridiculous.
I have no idea what the reason might be and I wont try to fix this since samsung tech could not fix it without replacing circuit board.

There are at least two issues here. First you have bad buffer boards. Second Very possibly a bad X-Main bd and P-Logic bds. Have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot the set.

Hi my name is Roety,
I can help you with your issue ,
If the line is present on all inputs, and effects the TV menu you most likely need a new screen.
You can try changing buffers, reseating cables.

Did it come this way? If so I would recommend returning the TV. I'm guessing you have tried using different channels, inputs, etc. If not please do so to determine if it might be specific to an input or channel. This is not something that someone will be able to talk you through via message boards. I would first try calling the manufacturer and then the retailer if you continue to have problems.
