I am a T-Mobile customer & about 6 months ago I purchased a refurbished Motorola v3.It previously had been cingular. Although my SIM worked I had to program T-Zones in with information provided by T-Mobile via phone. I have only been able to access T-Zones even though I pay for internet access, it tells me it cannot display page, access denied,or enable cookies. The cookies are already enabled so why isn't it accepting them? The phone still displays cingular logo on the screen and all programs are cingular,ex;media, games, applications, smartkeys, etc.,but denies me access to them. what can I do to fix this problem, I have 3 small children, the youngest on home life support since birth due to me having leukemia, As you can see leaving home is almost impossible & I use this as my only phone line.
You might should see if you can totally wipe the cingular software off your V3 and see about putting t-mobile software on replaceing it. to do this you'll need a usb 2.0 cable to hook it up 2 your computer and some software, sorry but not sure where to get the software. You may also want to see if your provider can fix the problem through your account they may not have your internet turned on correctly through them etc.
