Have just been given a secondhand bike. And need to get it going, so need the service /owner manual for the Kazuma Meerkat 50cc quad motorbike. 2 wheel drive , 4 speed gearbox. Don't know what year it was built.

I have just got a kuzma meerkat 50cc av cleaned all the carb out washed the tank cleaned all the pipes thers a spark but it still wont turn over the only time it will run is wen a pour petrol in the carb from the top into were the pin coz in the carb eny idears eny help or idears wiil be most welcome

I had the same problem. My positive wire would arc with the key off when connecting the battery showing a short somewhere. I disconnected the regulator/ rectifier, (where the #16 positive lead from the battery goes to), and it quit. I found a new one on e-bay for $9.90 after shipping and it corrected the problem. Check to make sure your positive is not arcing with the key off. Hope this helps.

Require a manual to assist me in getting the Quad bike running. Good spark, cleaned carbi, put some fuel into engine through spark plug hole, still won't run. Got some ideas from older blogs on this site. But would like a manual to know more about the oils and levels, and workings of the Bike.
