I'm using Samsung SGH-F480.
I recently faced a problem, it won't start up.
When I turn it on, it stuck at the first loading screen (something like big word on top ''SGH-F480'' and a blue bar at the bottom).
That bar in the bottom usually run full then my phone will startup.
But what happened was, it ran full, but it stuck there.
Can anyone help?
Press Camera button + volume down + power button ( together )
if the mobile turn on and show ( download or any word .. so you can fix it by changing the software )
Try powering on the phone while it is plugged into the A/C charger. This works for me. I still have the problem when starting from the battery alone, but at least I can continue to use the phone if I never turn it off.

i did solve his problem by taking it to the shop and they just re programmed it and now it is working just fine.

my mobile is stuck at the start up , after few minutes it restart on it's own.
i have the same problem, it wont charge or conect to usb either
Samsung SCH-U470 (Verizon Juke) will not startup. Stops when beginning to display "Verizon" and playing startup sound, then cycles back to restarting again. Only way to break the cycle is to remove the battery.
