Have you allowed gotomypc through the firewall, via the allowed applications list?

It's simply a matter of screen resolution, the larger resolution while connected to gotomypc making the windows seem smaller.

had same prob. 3 wired an 1 wireless . wireless would not conn. an others lose connection . after cable upgrade it was in router upgrade changed settings in router i had to call maker of comps an get them to reset ip adds took almost 3 hours to get them all working again they will do a remote access help by useing your ip threw your internet company hope this helps
