Download the Youtube App from the Playstation Store and have a valid connected PSN account on your console. Then you can simply access youtube with the app you just downloaded directly from the XMB Menu of the console

Esteban, you have to have the app downloaded to your system, then when you turn it on, it will give you a code to enter at youtube.com. You must have an active account on youtube to be able to activate it on your system. I am including the link to the activation code page in youtube.
Sign in Google Accounts

On the PS3, make sure you are using the YouTube app -- no the website. Then using a computer or mobile device go to the youtube.com/activate website -- enter the code displayed in the PS3 app. It just allows the PS3 to access your YouTube account.

Sign In / Activate

You can sign-in to your YouTube account to view your subscriptions, uploads, playlists, likes and more.

1. Go to "Login & Settings" and select "Sign In" and press the button.
   
2. You will be prompted to go to www.youtube.com/activate to link your YouTube account with the PS3 YouTube app. Make sure not to leave this screen otherwise the code will no longer be valid.
   
3. On a PC, go to www.youtube.com/activate, and enter the code and then click "Continue".
   
4. Click "Allow access" to continue.
   
5. You will be given a confirmation screen.
   
6. The PS3 YouTube app will automatically recognize your account and show your YouTube username.

when you see the code onscreen go to another device e.g., laptop, phone, tablet. Go to address: youtube.com/activate and enter the code onscreen of the ps3 youtube app

first you downlod the app on your playstion or xbox second you go to login and settings next you go to youtube.com/activate and it will show you how to do it ps the code will show if you go to settings.
