Interchangeable pattern module on singer 5050c removal

SOURCE: My Singer 5050C wants to bunch the thread

Make sure to thread machine with the presser foot raised. Then make sure thread gets in between the tension discs and that you have the machine threaded correctly with the thread going up and into the take-up arm. tension should be set at 4-5.
