I have a pro tec sports pts windtrainer 800 & can't figure out how to make it pedal harder, please help

There is no way to make a wind trainer harder as it uses fan blades and air for resistance. You could try shifting to a harder gear on the bicycle. If it still isn't hard enough, you will have to go to an adjustable mag resistance or fluid trainer.

Elliptical resistance

Be aware that the resistance is often the part that requires repair. Resistance is managed magnetically, so often if the machine is working, but the resistance isn't setting correctly or at all, check the bolts that secure the magnets. If they are loose, the resistance will slip. If the bolts are fine, check the magnets themselves by using a refrigerator magnet and see if it is attracted or repelled by the your fridge magnet. If not, the magnets have de-magnetized and need to be replaced.

Resistance does not increase

please read the instruction and fix it. God bless you

Check your owner's manual for diagrams and definitions. You'll need this information when you put the elliptical back together. You'll also want definitions in case you need to call the customer support line for assistance.

My Kinetic trainer increases resistance when I increase speed. How can I maximize resistance at low cadence of say 60 rpm?

You can't with this type of trainer. You have to have a trainer where you can manually adjust the resistance. The closest you can do is shift your gearing.

Do i remove the chain to attach and mount the bell motivator bike trainor?

No, you wouldn't get much resistance from the pedaling.

As you can see in the enlarged picture...

http://www.amazon.com/Bell-Motivator-Indoor-Bicycle-Trainer/dp/B000AAYBWS

It clamps over the rear wheelquick release skewer and you snug the resistance unit against the tire.
