Its time for a service.
Take it to any Rolex re-seller that offers repair or to any good timepiece service center. If its a vintage piece i would recommend sending it to Rolex, paying the extra cost to receive the watch with full Rolex repair documents and service history. The Rolex web site has information on this. Also this company does a fine job on Rolex repair. https://www.bobswatches.com/rolex-repair-service

SOURCE: Rolex oyster perpetual datejust time/date setting instructions

Depending on how old the watch is, It may be quick set or older models are not quick set. In older models you need to unscrew the crown, pull out the crown and rotate the crown to set the time, and in order to set the date rotate the hour hand past 12 twice in order for the date to change. Set the date first and then set the hour and min. For quick set models unscrew the crown and pull it out to the fist click this position you can "quickly" set the date by rotating the crown. Set the date and then pull out the crown to the second position out. Rotate the crown to set the hour and min. Then push the crown back in and screw it down.

SOURCE: I need an owner's manual for a Rolex Oyster

There isn;t any downloadable manuals for Rolex watches, but operation of Rolex Day-Date is very simple:
1) when you unscrew the crown, it is in winding position,
2) when you pull out the crown to the first click, it is in day and date setting position (depending wich way you turn the crown).
NOTE: to adjust the day or date, previously you have to advance hands forward, passing 12 o'clock (midnight) mark and stop advancing at 4.00 a.m. using the crown in position as described in chapter 3. When done - push the crown fully in, then pull out to the first click and only then adjust the day or date.
3) when you pull the crown further out to the second click, it is in time setting position.
To find the daytime or night time on the watch: pull out crown to the second click and advance watch hands forward till you pass the 12 mark on dial. If the date changes as you pass it - it is the night time (midnight). If the date do not change as you pass it - it is the daytime (noon).
After all settings being done, allways screw the crown back down as it protects the watch from water and moisture.
Never use watch in sauna- it's not designed for that.
Do not forget to rate, please.

SOURCE: how due i set the date and day on my daytona

You can get user instructions for their web site http://www.rolex.com/en#/rolex-watches .

Click on "collection" and then choose your watch from the list (incidentally, I couldn't find "daytona oyster" but "Daytona" and "Oyster"!).

At the bottom of the page you will find "downloads".

Click on this and then on "user guides".

I usually shake my Rolex (Datejust Oyster Perpetual) because it slides to one side, but when I shake it, the second hand sometimes stops. Once I shake it again, it begins to tick again. I have tried...

What's the question? From you description of the troubles you are having I suspect that your watch may on the outside look like a Rolex, but it certainly does not behave like one. I have never had such erratic behavior even with my much cheaper, but authentic Casios.

Second hand goes backwards

I would recommend servicing your timepiece. Analyzing the movement with a timing machine or a physical examination of the movement is the only way to repair this issue. You may find a local Certified Master Horologist, or feel free to send it to our service center, we would be happy to help you!

Want to know if my rolex is fake it states winner rolex addaytona 1992 24 on the back and rolex oyster perpetual superlative chronometer officially certified cosmograph on the front has three dials stating...

Sorry to say it's a reproduciton..and not a very accurate one..

The three front dials should not reference any days hour dates etc..

There should be nothing engraved on the back

The "second hand" is a sweep timer hand on the original.. it should be stationary at the noon position unless activated.

Probably a good looking watch.. but it's not a Rolex.

Best of luck

I can not open rolex bracelet

Sometimes Rolex bracelet clasps are very tight and this only shows the quality of the watch.
Don't be afraid to pull the clasp hard enough to open it- nothing will brake as Rolex is designed for quite hard use.
If you can't do it by hand, try to use flat butter knife end as a lever.
