I changed channels and I have no sound. I tried the look in the manuasl, and nothng. I have dish tv, and tried to look in the info from dish and I still have no sound. Please help

sounds like you have a bad solder connection on the coil connected to the base of the horizontal o/p transistor. the flyback has the big red wire. ( do not touch, just for reference), to the left and forward a little on a heat sink will be the transistor. on the other side of the heatsink,( a little more forward), you will fond a small coil on the board ir is red & you can see the windings. locate this part on the bottom of the board & resolder this part. good luck.

well u have a problem in the audio circuits of the tv which includes the speaker itself. but most of the time the audio power output transistor or ic get easily damaged resulting a no sound tv. if u dont have any idea with regards to this, i suggest have it check with a qualified service technician. it will not cost u a lot for sure.

Who said it cannot be fixed? You can try and hook an external speaker to wires and test for sound. Maybe audio outs have sound?

Hook the cable to the back of the unit.. Go into the customer menu and make sure you've selected cable (as opposed to air). Then do an auto-program and that should solve the problem..
