When do you see this error?

1. If you see this error while playing a Nintendo DS game card game:
   There are no known issues that create this error with any Nintendo DS game card games. Our experience shows that if you see this error, your game is likely a counterfeit product. To test your Nintendo DS game card, try this testing tip:
   
   
   
   • Try playing the game in a Nintendo DS Lite or a Nintendo DS (original style).
     • If the game still does not work, it's more likely the game card is defective and will need to be replaced.
     • If the game works in either a Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Lite, our experience shows that the game is likely a counterfeit product.
   
   
2. If you see this error when there is no Nintendo DS game card inserted into your system:
   • If you have not already done so, power the system off and then back on to see if this resolves the issue. If the issue persists after the system has been powered down, please call our Consumer Department at 1-800-255-3700 to speak to one of our representatives.

Sounds like the card is corrupt, back up all your saves/game files,. and format the card, put back the firmware/saves/games and see if it works.

Please have a look at the game slot and if you see any bended pins try to make them straigth , or your game card slot needs to be replaced , Thanks

more then likely its a hardware issue. try getting an R4DS card and download games from www.filestube.com if you dont want to repair it.
you can have 50+ games on an sd card and not have to lug around all those games anymore

emm.... did you try looking on the nintendo website or on google to see if anyone else had that problem?

you could have blown the fuse in the ds. especially if you,ve been using the soft reset function to get back to the game menu

i think your ds card needs reformatting, or not actually the card but the micro sd, back up all the games and reformat, if stuck let me know.

there is an error with the ds itself, you will have to get it sent off for repairs or find a nearby gaming repair shop

listen,i'm confused on your question.but i'll still help.don't turn off your ds on and off.that may shorten the life,which means you'll spend more time charging then playing,also don't take out your game card while your ds is on.save your game,go to the main menu and turn it off.once it is off you can take the card out.if this is not helpful call the nintendo customor support center number 1-800-255-3700.
