most pairing when asked by the device requires a 00000 passcode but you need to set the jabra and the iphone up for pairing here is a link for jabra the iphone should see it when the jabra is set to set up mode.. http://www.jabra.com/support/Jabra-JOURNEY_100-47300000-15
Okay, I had the same problem of Jabra Journey not talking anymore, 'voice on connected "etc. And instead it only made sounds like bing bing... Here's the answer and its so simple! Turn the unit off with the slider off/on switch, (symbols are - or o). Then, press and hold the button at the very end of the unit, (symbol looks something like sound waves), while sliding the power back on. That's all there is to it and you'll hear it start talking again.
To pair the Jabra with a Verizon Wireless phone, the phone must have
Bluetooth. Bluetooth allows a device to communicate and transfer data
with another Bluetooth device without having to be physically connected
to it. The instructions for connecting the Jabra with the Verizon phone
vary slightly depending upon your phone model. Jabra headset
instructions don't vary per model.
Look up on Jabra for your model number. google jabra with model number then a comma with manual after it. The manual was the exact match and directions were very clear.
