as silly as it sounds it mite be because setting to cold or not enough product in fridge. i use to store all my milk at top of fridge and it used to freeze. put milk lower down and now problem. mite be a different case for u.

hey how r u today im no specialist but it sounds like a condensor fan if that fan goes your fridge will overheat not allowing proper freezing and or cooling. my family had the exact same problem and my dad was a appliance repair man so he knows about everything when it comes to this stuff..well hope i helped and congrats i hope u and your fiance go far. There is damper door between fridge and freezer section.Its not getting closed properly, this is mostly causing the problem.Click the link below for more troubleshooting:---

sounds like a bad thermostat

I need your model number, you may have a problem with your thermistat. Sears uses a different model number system than everyone. The model number will look like this 231.0564879 for example. Or yours may have electronic vents. Let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Icecream is a tough call. Some brands have to many artaficial ingredients and that doesnt get solid. What temps are you getting in the freezer? Is everything else frozen solid?

not a breathing room issue, if anything that would cause it to shut down and not cool at all, where you got just the opposite, it never shuts off. is it an electronic model, or is there a control knob you manullay turn to adjust temp
