If it is an over the range unit then the front control panel will come off and you can gain access to the fuse. A wall unit panel will open up and again gain access. If it is a counter top unit. the case will have to removed and you will gain access to the fuses. Now what tripped the fuse. It could be a bad door switch. a shorted high voltage capacitor or it may not be a fuse at all it could be the flame sensor tripped or the magnetron sensor. Some over the range units have a sensor that will shut it down if the stove gets too hot. look for burned connectors. be very careful of the high voltage circuit and make sure the power is off.

On most GE/Hotpoint models, the control panel assembly will either tip down, or pivot sideways for access to the components behind it. Screws holding the top air deflector might have to be removed in order to gain access to the control panel mounting screws. I recently junked-out a similar model. The main fuse was near where the power cord enters the cabinet on top. Avoid contact with any of the high voltage components.

No you will have to pull the unit out and take the casing off, Please Discharge HV components to ground with no power applied before touching anything in the unit, failure to discharge high voltage components could result in death

Unfortunately no! the microwave oven most be taken down, and the top removed to gain access.

your fuse holder appears to be behind the control panel area. you may be able to just remove the grill above the door and control panel to access the screw that holds the control panel in place, then swing that down and see the fuse and holder.
you may however need to lower the unit from its mounting place to remove the outer cover to access this fuse..

A microwave casing can be removed and almost full access to the electronics with about 6 screws.... make sure to unplug it from the wall first.

First unplug the oven from the wall outlet.

Remove the two screws in top of the grille running across the top.

Rotate the grille forward and out and remove it.

There will be a metal grate at the right. See a photo here.

Now you can access the fuse.
