The error refers to a purge motor failure. Which could explain why the printer is saying that you do not have enough ink. You can solve this error code by removing the purge unit. You have to replace the purge unit with a new one.

If you pull the sorter away at look at the bottom of the sorter you should see some green tabs ...this is the staples
