have you try to run in win xp mode ??. Highlight the icon at the desktop, right click on your mouse, select properties, there on one of the tab´s there is compatibility mode for other operating system, try ex with windows xp :O)

Just scroll down the list to select your model. And install your webcam using the driver file you just downloaded

You need to go to the manufactures site and download the VISTA
driver for the camera. Then follow the info below to install
the program.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you
to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.

Go to Control Panel and Click on Sounds, Click
on Audio, then Click on the Microphone. Then Click on the drop
down and select Camera Microphone.
Click OK and it should work.
