try updating the firmware

Printer control board has issues. Check all connections, firmware up date if possible or BAD BOARD

I have purchased 3 BD-C6500 so far... all of them updated the firmware to the latest 1013.x.
Check that the player 'says' your Internet connection is ok. I've used the wired connection.

C6500 Scan sensor or scan problem

Hi, I have a C6500 Bizhub pro, but, recently displays an C2404 error. I need to print an urgent job and y can't!

System Code issue For a bizhub PRO C6500/C5500 with the Creo? controller, install version 2.0 system code on the controller ( IC-304 ). Install the patch fileif still using version 1.0. Note : The latest version firmware or system software is available via the Konica Minolta Download Selector. There is several CERO firmware updates and solutions at The KonicaMinolta web site for service techinicians. Mite want to let a Service Technician check these solutions for you machine only a certified techncian can acess these solutions
