Front speakers cutting in and out after 20 min of playing

sounds like the amp may be interfering with the output on the CD player. make sure you have a good ground on all the stereo components to prevent feedback.

Denon DCM-370/270 - issue playing CD's. A CD will

I would replace the audio cable from the CD player to the Denon amp, a long shot, if you have other devices hooked to the amp and plays fine, the problem will be in the CD player. However! if all sound sources have the same problem, the issue is with the Denon unit.

My 1100d directed amp cuts n and out as i play it, and sometimes

most reputable car audio shops can give you (or have thier own) repair techs. is the new amplifier rated down to the same impedence you have your subs wired to?
Any protection lights coming on the face of the amplifier?
It has a lights that come on for Thermal, DC offset, over/under voltage, reverse polarity and short circuit protection.
May be a faulty turn on module.
Get it repaired before more happens internally for a costlier repair.

NAD C541i CD Player plays but the sound cuts out for an instant every 10-20 secs. It eventually goes away, but it is annoying when you first play a disc. Any help appreciated.

hi, i've had a few nad C541i's and not so long since the sound on one of them cut out for milliseconds and on some occasions the sound would make the noise very much like a severely scratched vinyl record, i thought it was a faulty laser so i tried another KSS-213C laser out of a scrap kenwood and the fault persisted. to cut a long story short, i took the main PCB out and there were various dry joints. once these were resoldered i was blessed with a fully functioning player. hope this helps?

This is called "audio transfer saturation. Rarely happens but will when there is constant use of player. Drain saturation by removing battery (if attached), With the power adapter still attached, turn off player and unplug adapter from wall for several hours. Saturation should discharge back through you adapter. Disconnect adapter from player before plugging back into wall. You may have to do this periodically when constant music is played.

Plays radio not cds

You may have Power antenna and amp remote turn on wires switched. Your system may be looking for turn on signal from radio and only gets it when am or fm is on because power antenna wire is hooked up instead of amp turn on signal.
