    Just mind, You're posted a problem here, and I've answered it; right. First, just look into the brand name of the TV you have. Have you ever heard of this brand? It is quite fraud brand name, and there is no such brand TV in this world. In fact, you have a "BOX" only; very like a fatherless child.
    Keep it with you, and go to bed.
    I'm being working in this field; service and repair work for all kind of electronic equipment, for more than 44 years, and sometimes you might not have been born in this word!!!

Answer
When CHLID LOCK option LOCK ALL is turned on, the television will prompt for ACCESS CODE for all the channels when it is turned on, then enter the access code using the ‘0-9’ buttons.

If you have forgotten the access code, enter the universal code 0711 twice, ignore the message INCORRECT on the screen after the first attempt, then enter an easily remembered new four-digit code and enter the new code the second time to confirm it.https://www.fixya.com/answer/thread?thid=29754604#

My car stereo is locked how i open it

Requirements

The theft lock radio must be in "LOC" mode.

Procedure:

1. Turn the ignition ON (The radio should display "LOC")
2. Hold down the Radio Presets 2 and 3 buttons for six seconds
3. The radio display changes from LOC to a three-digit number. Write this number down. You now have fifteen seconds to complete the next step.
4. Press the AM/FM button
5. The radio display changes to another three-digit number. Write this number to the right of the first one.
6. You now have a six-digit number, the first three digits are from STEP 03 and the last three digits are form STEP 05
7. Call 1-800-537-5140
8. Press 1 then # (pound). You'll hear "Invalid Code, try again"
9. Press 139010 or 106010 or 206010 or 202107 then # (pound). You will be asked to enter your four or six digit code followed by *
10. Enter the number from STEP 6 then *
11. Listen to the four-digit number and write it down. It will be repeated twice
12. Turn the ignition ON (The radio displays LOC)
13. Use the MN and HR buttons to enter the code from STEP 11
14. Press the AM/FM button. The radio display changes to "SEC". Your radio is now "un-locked" and usable.

How do you change/reset the pin code of Child Lock/Parental Control settings?

  1. In disc mode, press SYSTEM MENU.
  2. Press 060414114420_12548.gif to select Preference.
  3. Press OK to confirm.
  4. Press 060414114406_12547.gif to highlight PASSWORD, then press 060414114432_12549.gif to select CHANGE.
  5. Use the numeric keypad (0-9) to enter your old six-digit password.
    • When doing this for the first time, key in 136900.
    • If you forget your old six-digit password, key in 136900.

  6. Enter the new six-digit password.
  7. Enter the new six-digit password a second time to confirm. The new six-digit password will now take effect.
  8. Press OK to confirm.

It is locked and we do not know how to get it unlocked. It states we need a code and we do not have it.
Do you mean it is disc locked or tray locked? If it is tray locked, it may require workshop attention, which could be expensive (depending on the nature of the problem). If it is DISC LOCK, try this:

Up to 20 discs can be locked.

[ Lock ] - To block the playback of the current disc. Subsequent access to a locked disc requires a six-digit password.

The default password is 136900.

[ Unlock ] - All discs can be played.

(You enter the six digit code as above then press OK on remote) (resourced from elsewhere)

I just had the same problem and stumbled across this solution:
If this is a sanyo dvd player try this:
Enter the set-up menu (there cannot be a disc in the unit to access this menu, simply eject the disc, then enter set-up)
  1. For the password enter 788444 (even if there is only room for four digits enter all six)
  2. Press enter (the lock should open)
  3. Enter a new four digit code (this will lock it again)
  4. renter the new code to edit the settings
