Have you switched ON its main power switch at control panel of the TV? Without turning it ON, you can't turn the power ON by it remote control.
Do the standby LED at the front of the panel lights up. If not check whether the switch I've pointed out here is ON. If the switch is ON and the power LED at the front panel do not light up, the fault is with its main power regulator board, inside. If so check and replace damaged component/s at it main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. Do asearch by type in the brand name of your device at its search box. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis.
Plug the adapter into the wall outlet or power strip. If using a power strip, make sure the strip is on. Most laptop power adapters have a small LED light; the light will illuminate when power is being transferred from the outlet to the adapter. If the light illuminates, chances are you have sufficient power to supply your laptop. Wiggle the power cord if the LED light did not initially illuminate. If the light turns on and off when you wiggle it, you might have a loose cord in the adapter, or the outlet could be faulty. Plug the adapter into another power outlet, preferably a different circuit in another room, if the LED light did not illuminate the first time. If it lights up from the second outlet, the first outlet either does not work or other devices were using too much power on the initial circuit. Connect the other end of the adapter to the laptop and turn the laptop on. When the computer starts up, you should see an indication of how the laptop is being powered in the lower right-hand corner. If you see a battery icon, then the laptop is being powered by the battery, not the adapter. Make sure both ends of the adapter are securely connected. If they are, and if the LED light on the adapter is lit, then you likely have a faulty wire that is not properly connecting to your computer. If you see a plug or adapter icon, then the laptop is successfully being powered by the adapter. If the LED light on the adapter is not lit, then the bulb is out, but the adapter is still working.

kindly check the 5 LED if there is lit lights to diagnose where the fault came from..You said the 5 led turn off for 1 -2 seconds it means no error but still won't turn on I think there sometime wrong on logic circuitry..
Try to read the voltages on highlighted words on picture of block diagram above such as vs,va,vcc,stby+5v,stby+3.3v,+5.5,+10.5 and +12v...
After that let me know the results to diagnose where the fault from..
Blue led light lit solid and yellow led light flashes is an initial attempt of the set to re-light the lamp.Red led flashes and yellow led light solid means that the lamp won't light up that's why it only has sound without the picture. Since you've replaced the lamp twice and still the symptoms persist, I suspected that the fault came from the ballast board and not on the lamp itself. If the ballast board gone to malfunction, there's no high voltage will produce to light up the lamp and will sensed by the processor and trigger the error code (Flashes/solid led light with color code).
To verify whether the ballast board is faulty or not, check if the lamp will lit by looking through the lamp door louvers at the rear of the cabinet upon turning on the set. Please let me know what you will find to assist you further.
it could be your power switch, veriy that it isnt the power supply by
1.) un-plug it from the main board
2.) look at the main board connector(one coming of the power supply)
3.) you should see green wire and next to it a black one
4.) using a paper clip bridge the too wires
5.) if it works proceed to net step if not get a new power supply
to check case switch and board switch
1.) plug in power supply to main board
2.) look at the pins where the power button connects to
3.) using a metal object (blade screw driver) bridge the pins
if the board should start up>
then its your power button on the case that is bad, you can try to repair it, chage it or buy a new case,
if it doesnt work.
1.) ensure that jcms(jumper to flash the bios) is set correctly
2.) unjack each drive one at a time to see if any is causing stalling
3.) get a new main board
