Open Personalization by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Personalization.

Click Window Color and Appearance.

Under Window Color and Appearance, click the color you want, and then click OK.

Note

If you see the Appearance Settings dialog box instead of the Window Color and Appearance

window, the theme might not be set to Windows Vista, the color scheme might not be set to Windows Aero, or the computer might not meet the minimum hardware requirements for running Windows Aero. For more information, see Troubleshoot problems with Windows Aero.

hope this helps

SOURCE: LCD not being detected

Restart computer -> Keep tapping on F8 key till safe mode option appears-> login using safe mode -> when login complete -> rightclick on my computer -> properties-> hardware tab -> Device Manager -> click on Sub-option "Display Adapters"-> Right click the adapter inside -> properties -> driver tab -> rollback drivers.
Follow instructions and restart and choose normal windows if asked.

If not successful, goto start -> all programs -> Accessories -> System tools, -> system resore -> choose restore to a previous... -> choose a date before the date you updated drivers. dont go 3-4 month, you might loose data. choose a closer date to the date you found the issue. follow the instructions.

restarts automatically and recovery screen comes. dont worry this is normal. when done, restart the system and see if resolution is alright.

Windows 7 drivers for asus p5sd2-vm

Hi supunkkds,

Windows 7 should be able to install the drivers for that motherboard automatically. You don't need to update any drivers except for the updated NIC(network) HERE.

Hope this helps.
