The roll pins should only need to be driven out with a punch they are hardened steel and would be hard to drill out anyway

I have a yardworks snowblower however the wheels stopped working

Many of these units are chain driven devices since belts will shrink/slip/crack in the cold wet environment. For that reason, many manufacturers will use roll pins on the axle shaft of the drive wheels and on the driven shaft of the auger. If they get jammed for any reason, rather than break the chain or damage the engine, the roll pin will shear off. Then you simply must replace the roll pin to regain normal operation. See image of roll pin.

660 has any body had problems with the sheaves nut keeps backing off I put red locker thread tight on it and it still backs off at a hundred and five and the torque wrenchand I have no cluethe cubic inch...

right hand nuts that keep undoing on a shaft that is rotating clockwise will always undo
There is a physics law that covers it
Trucks use left hand threads on the left hand side so that the wheels do not come loose
so how to overcome this problem
try using a nylock nut or a new spring washer with sharp edges that dig into the nut and the base
when tensioned drill a hole through the nut and tap in a roll pin
you can get roll pins less than 1/8 in diameter and that would prevent the nut from undoing
to remove the nut ,tap out the pin first
The real fix would be to get a shaft with a left hand thread made by an engineering shop, then the action would make the nut tighter

Arm keeps on tilting down even if allen screw is already super tight.

What has probably happened is the area that the set screw seats has worn to the point it just can't hold. This is probably a casting so repair of the surface would NOT be possible... If it was mine, this is what I would do: I would position it exactly where I wanted it and take it down to a drill press and drill a hole through that area that looks like a half-moon, not too near but close to the edge. Install a ROLL PIN in the hole to permanently "freeze" the position. Make sure you use the correct size drill for the roll pin... say a 5/32 or thereabouts size. Find roll pins at a hardware store and look up correct drill size. They do fit tight so you will need to use a vise or large pliers to squeeze it into place. To me it looks like the design of this product is sure to fail after some use. One other possibility is to freeze the thing using JB Weld epoxy between the moving parts... clean surfaces well before applying the epoxy... and do use a metal filled epoxy like JB Weld. In any event, the set screw will never acheive a solid mount again after it is worn.

I am looking for oversized door pin and bushings for a 91 s10. no parts stores have them. any suggestions? i appreciate it.

hi, find a suitable BOLT with ny-lock NUT. use a ROLL PIN (may need to drill-out to fit, needs to be tight, and longer then the hinge). these high tension roll pins come in all sizes. may get one in your local HARDWARE store. if not your local garage should have them.
failing this drill to very near size and fit (high tension bolt and locknut). sorry i can do more. gerry

The ignition switch is damaged and I need to replace it. Someone attempted to drill it out and the drill broke off in the lock, so the key can no longer be inserted.

Do not drill out there is a pin hole in the side of the switch visible after removing the covers around the swithch you may need to remove the steering wheel I never had to turn the ignition swith to on position and then put a pin or small drill bit in the pin hole push in on it and then simultaneously pull out on the chrome key tumbler wiggle it abit while pushing in on the bit to remove center tumbler assembly/contacts.

Change key cylender on 93 bronco

You need to remove the Steering wheel.
Remove trim shrounds.
Set ignition switch to Run position.
If your vehicle is A/T trans. put the selector lever in Park.
You will see retaining pin. Push retaining pin inward and pull out the lock cylinder.
Unplug wire from lock cylinder.
To install reverse remove procedure.

NOTE'' If you don't have the key or the cylinder is locked.
Instead of push the retaining pin you will need to Drill with a
1/8 in ( 3.17mm) Bit to drill out the retaining pin.
Be careful DO NOT drill more than 1/2 in deep.
After you need a chisel to break away the cylinder cap.
You need a 3/8in (9.52mm) bit to Drill in center of the cylinder.
Drill aprox. 1 3/4 in( 44mm) Deep.
REmove metal shavings. And remove the cylinder.
Clean and lubricate the gear inside. and install the new cylinder
