Samsung BD-ES6000 smart blu-ray player... netflix on't load properly on the screen.. when you try to enter into it it gives you this message: unable to connect to netflix...please try again ater or visit www.netflix.com tv help for guidence....netflix can't answer why it won't connect either...help!

Check in the BIOS if the interface/port to which you're connecteing has not been disabled. Most bios ' access by pressing del shortly after startup before Windows has started loading. Others access by pressing F1 or F2. (It should indicate what is needed at the bottom of the screen at startup).
