Someone will need to check the fuse for the blower, then the blower motor and the resistor.

SOURCE: 2000 impala, heater fan intermittent.

Could be a relay switch, check the fuse area and look for a larger square looking fuse or have it checked but get used one at wrecking yard,,real cheep there. Relays are fairly expensive new. About $20 bucks each. I've bought some at wreckers for just a few dollars. Easy to install, like a fuse.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: back driver door won't lock

Hello, this is caused by a bad door lock actuator. the door lock actuator is part of the door latch. the door latch will need to be replaced to correct this problem.

  • Remove the rear door outside handle. .
  • Remove the interior trim panel.
  • Remove the water deflector

SOURCE: the car won't start; lights,

Check the starter and the starter relay or fuse. A client of mines car was doing the same thing, it ended up being two issues, the starter not working anymore, and a relay that was bad. If I am not mistaken everything should be labeled in the fuse box under the hood and will tell you where the fuse/ relay is for your vehicle

Why my A/C condenser fan won t stop running, dodge ram 2008

To clarify, the compressor and fan will run in defrost mode. The compressor and fan runs to dry out the air blowing onto the windshield.
Now if the condenser fan runs in "heat" you may have a problem with the fan relay or the main controller.

2005 chevy trailblazer ac won't work but defrost does while driving only

Hi. There happens to be a common problem with these trailblazers inside the ducting box located under the dashboard. The mode actuator door motor stops working due to a faulty motor itself and the default position is defrost only. As far as the Air Conditioning not working, there maybe another problem to diagnose there. Could be low refrigerant, or electrical problems to the compressor, or faulty fan clutch(another very common problem with these trucks). Type in mode actuator door and 2005 trailblazer in your search engine online i.e. Google or Yahoo and you will find many posts about this problem. I think there may even be a Youtube video about replacing it. Let me know you need more help. Thanks.

Coaling fan working only if ac on in my 2008 Impala

The cooling fan is thermostatically controlled so sometimes it is hard to tell if it is working properly or not. You need to check it when the engine is real hot to make sure of whether it is working or not.

But when the AC is turned on the fan is activated with the AC compressor.

I hear a knocking noise when i turn on the heat or ac

It sounds like you have something in your blower motor/fan housing that's hitting the fan when it's running. Something may have fallen down the defrost vents on the dash. Or, a bad bearing in the blower motor. Either way, the blower motor would have to be removed. Sorry, but I'm not familiar enough with that model to tell you how to do it.
