The best option to fix this problem is to take it to a service center unfortunately, but here are a few question you need to know the answers for to be able to get the best service:
1. Was the Wii on when they tried to force the disc in? If not then the noise could be that the motor mechanism has been jammed and the worm gear for the motor has been stripped. You will need the disc ejector mechanism replaced.
2. Was there another disc in the machine at the time? If there was, it is possible that the first disc has become lodged in the machine and could have been broken into pieces, so when the disc is entered or ejected, sometimes it will go in and sometimes not. When there is vibration the disc pieces or even the whole disc could move in and out of the way of the tray. You would also need to have this removed by a service technician.
Wii consoles are notoriously fiddly to deal with when it comes to repairs, needing special screwdrivers and a keenly trained eye to be able to spot a problem in an extremely confined space.
I'm sorry I could not be of more help but I hope this helps you even a little.
Well the problem can be a number of things.
Problems:
1. Your computer may not be connecting to the batteries.
2. May be unlucky and gotten 2 bad batteries
3. Your PC may be rejecting the batteries
4. Your computer may be shorting the batteries upon plug in (VERY RARE)
Hi,Ok look at the DVD drawer carefully , you will see a tiny hole , this hole is expressly to eject the DVD when the electronic eject has failed . Take an ordinary paper clip and straighten it out . now insert the clip into the hole and press , this will release the drawer mechanism and with it your lost DVD Too easy !!!
Also Removing the back cover would only allow you access to the frame and shields which must also be removed. Thereafter the DVD deck must be removed and repaired or replaced otherwise the TV will not be usable as it will still be locked in DVD mode. The system is waiting for a trigger pulse from the DVD deck that the disc has been released / ejected before it will accept any command to switch to other sources.
Unplug the unit for an extended period of time (an hour or so). The ides is to discharge and force the system to revert to factory defaults. Thereafter, try the above again. Should that still be not corrective, then perhaps your best bet would then be to consult with and/or seek the services of an authorized Service Center (specially if still under some form of extended warranty) or a qualified professional
if the DVD unit uses a slot type entry, have you tried using a credit card like something to 'fish' / 'jar' the erring disc while pressing on the EJECT button? Spraying with a can of compressed air through a nozzle like tubing may also be considered. The idea is to float the disc to initiate the eject procedures. A likely possibility is that the center hole of the disc is stuck to the spindle of the player.
Hi what you have described is normal operation unless there is a cd stuck in the machine. If so, then the only course of action is to unpower the radio completely then reconnect it - this may force an eject or the unit may then recognise a disc in the player. if not, then the only course of action is to remove the lid and figure a way of manually winding the disc out without damaging the disc or mechanism.
see if you can watch it on the camera, if you can you need to finalize it in mpeg 3 or 4 to see it on the computer, you may have to plug the cord from the camera to the computer and play the disk and capture it on your computer and render it on your computer in order to view it on your computer.
Touch the eject button on the PLAYSTATION 3 system front for 10 seconds or longer to force the disc to eject. After removing and before reinserting a disc into the PLAYSTATION 3, turn off the system, and then turn on the system again to resume use.
If the disc cannot be inserted, you may need to send your system in for service, please click on the link below.
