Ultimate CHopper won't start

I did some additional web searching due to the fact that the Ultimate Chopper website or 1-800 # doesn't support this product anymore. I located a website (Maxi-Matic, USA) that has an identical Ultimate Chopper (names Super Elite Cuisine Chopper) - model EC-750 - Phone # (626) 912-9877. They have replacement parts including the clear plastic cover lid.

If still interested in a replacement for the Ultimate Chopper - there is a website call TV Time Direct - website: http://www.tvtimedirect.com.
Their phone # is 800.238.7119. On their website, use the Quick Find option (upper right corner) - type in Ultimate Chopper and it will list the replacement listing for this item.

Hi there, it's hard to find a supplier if there is one in the uk,as most TV Products are american but made in china, however there are two areas where you can try and find replacement parts, one is to the retialor direct here http://www.ultimatechopper.com/request-custserv.html which i believe is a good option, or there is a site that sells parts but i did find it a little confusing, it this one http://www.chinasuppliers.globalsources.com/
The first option at least gives you contact details and a support area and you will get help from them 100%
