ATT-974 Low Battery incdicator

Same thing happened to me. Here's what I did: 1) Unplug phone. 2) Remove backup battery. 3) Wait at least 5 minutes. 4) Plug phone back in and insert battery.

Step 3 is important. I only waited about a minute the first time and the problem remained.

1) reset the base . TURN OFF wait by 3 minutes. this to due the remain "effect memory" in the battery and try again.

2) must be dissapear, this happen when the are shut down of energy or similar.

3) if the problem persist Read YOUR owner manual, and go to the section troubleshooting and fix it. However you can assist ONLINE via chat or phone.

Do you mean they are all red? Do you have all four lines being used?

Disconnect battery and power cord. Then plug back in. See if this works.

Unplug everything then replug should reset the Caller ID

Check the battery on all the phones then make sure they are all programmed with different extension numbers. If the battery has been dead and you have had a power outage then it may have reset the phone to factory default extension 11.

If you have a warranty on your phone you may want to have ATT service it. Worse case scenario if you go to the store and have them diagnose what is wrong with it they may be able to help you. You might have established credit for a new phone/upgrade under your service agreement- depending on how old your LG phone is, or r Also if it is the phone and you don't have a warranty on it. You can always check out websites such as freecycle.com and select your city and see if anyone is giving away their old ATT cell phone that is in working condition. I hope these ideas will help you. How do I change the number of rings on the phone before it goes into voice mail? If I am not beside the phone, after 2 rings it will go into voice mail and I am missing calls. The model is AT&T 974.

there are a very small capacitor in the board that produce low battery mesege when it get damage, but you gona need a tech to repair your phone there are another problem in your phone its not a seting problem...good luck
